The Gathering Youth

Austin and Kameron McHolland come from different backgrounds, each shaped by hardship and a deep trust in God through life’s highs and lows. In 2021, Kameron lost her first husband. Rather than allowing grief or anger to harden her heart, she placed her faith fully in Jesus, trusting that He held a greater purpose.

With two children under the age of two, she walked through some of life’s darkest seasons, yet never allowed God’s light to fade. At the same time, Austin was faithfully praying for his future wife, trusting that God would provide in His perfect timing.

After leading both of them through their valleys, God crossed their paths, and from that moment, their journey together took off. In mid-2023, they were married and began building their family, preparing to create a life together and build their dream home on Kameron’s land in Greenfield. After fervent prayer and seeking the Lord, they felt God calling them in a new direction—away from familiar plans and toward The Gathering Church, where they would serve as Youth Pastors. In obedience, they stepped out in faith, uprooting their lives to follow His calling.

What began as a family of four has quickly grown into a family of five, with one more on the way. With hearts on fire for the youth and a passion for God’s redeeming work, Austin and Kameron believe their story is still being written. They eagerly anticipate all that God will continue to redeem through The Gathering Church’s Youth Program.
